Are any way exists to promote standby cluster to a primary automatically.
The interesting situation when the main cluster is unavailable.

@Paddey Stolon provides the command to promote a standby cluster. When this promotion should be done is related to many variables and architectural/human choices. You should define your rules on when doing the promotion and just write your script/program that implements these rules.
